The Board of Governors is the governing body of the WJA. It is composed of the:

First, Second, and Third Vice Presidents;
Executive Vice President;
Continental Presidents for Africa, the Americas, Asia, CIS countries, and Europe;
Presidents of the Affiliated Organizations (World Association of Lawyers, World Association of Judges, World Association of Law Professors, and the World Business Associates);
General Counsel;
United Nations Special Representative; and
Past Presidents.
